Katrina Hennings
BROKER/REALTOR - Katrina Hennings is a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She began her real estate career in 1996 as Office Manager for Kell Realty. After working in the real estate profession a short time she realized that becoming a real estate agent was her goal. In 1997, she obtained her real estate license and opened the office in Springville. She was Rookie of the year in 1998 and is a Life Time Member of the Club of Excellence. She became the Broker of the Springville Office in 2000. Katrina currently lives in Springville where she is actively involved in a variety of church, school, and community activities. Katrina is married to Dennis Hennings. They have three (3) children, Savanna, Sierra & Samantha. Katrina has served as the president of the St. Clair County Board of Realtors and is a significant contributor to that organization as well as the Eastern Area Caravan for Jefferson County. Katrina has a variety of expertise including new construction, land, and existing home sales. Katrina takes pride in her service after the sale including listing and sales for repeat clients.
