Hi, my name is Rachel Broadhead. I am an Associate Broker/Realtor at Kell Realty located in Ashville, Alabama. Are you looking for a local Realtor? You are in the right place! I have lived in St. Clair County for over 20 years. In 2007 I started my real estate career. During my first year of real estate, I was a nominee for Residential Rookie of The Year. I continued in the years that followed to receive top producer awards at my brokerage and am still amazed at how my business grew despite the economy at that time. I took a pause from my real estate career when my children were small. When they became school age, I jumped back in to the career that I love. Shortly after getting back into real estate, I decided to further my education and get my Real Estate Broker's license. I am constantly seeking out education, market data and ways to think outside of the box to better serve my clients and their individual real estate needs. Over the span of my real estate career, I have gained experience in assisting buyers, sellers and investors. Whether it be a family estate/trust home sale, upsizing, down-sizing, lake homes and water property, land, new construction, rental/investment property, design or staging to sell … I have done it all.

When I am not working, I am with the ones I love. My husband and 2 children are my world. We are a homeschool family and are involved at our local church.
