Rachel is married to Ashville native Chad Broadhead, they have two children Ava and Sam. They are members of First Baptist Church in Ashville. She has a degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene but Rachel realized in 2007 that her real passion is helping people to find the perfect property to fit their needs. Rachel started out selling real estate in 2007 in the Birmingham area focusing on St. Clair County. In 2008 she was a Residential Sales Rookie of the Year candidate for the Birmingham MLS. Rachel has experience in assisting buyers to find their perfect property, facilitating sellers in proven home staging strategies that help a home sell more quickly & for more money, negotiating the best possible price and guiding her clients every step of the way from signing the contract to closing. After taking a few years to focus on her family, she is now back to selling and more ready than ever to serve her community.
