Josh began his real estate career in 2004 after graduating from the University of Alabama with his degree in Real Estate Finance. Josh has been involved in the real estate business his entire life, and has experience in everything from land development to assisting buyers and sellers in transactions of homes, land, and commercial properties. Josh is married to Kristin McClendon Kell, and is a member of Mt Lebanon FCM Church.
